La verdad es que me han atendido muy bien en el chat, hablando varios días y con distintos agentes. Les he consultado si podían enviarme la tablet sin manipular, con el firmware original, y me han dicho que sí (tras consultarlo con su servicio técnico).
Incluso después de hacer el pedido, me han enviado un @ para informarme de que, si lo envían con el firmware original, la tablet no tendrá los servicios de Google y que les confirmara que estaba de acuerdo antes de que realizaran el envío.
También les consulté el tema del IVA y aduanas (porque entiendo que lo envían desde China, aunque el envío parece rápido, pone entre 8-10 días ), y me han informado de que no me preocupe, que todos sus pedidos incluyen el IVA (VAT) y que si tuviera que pagar algo más, me lo reembolsarían.
En fin, a esperar que me llegue y comprobar que todas las buenas palabras que me han dado se cumplen. Os iré informando por aquí.
