I have done this and used the following rules. Note we have not yet found a good solution for Ventress's *Tactics* condition which needs a villain mover to move to a ship. That said, this hasnt been a big deal since it seems like that condition is discarded more often than not even before mixing games.

    * Villain movers now start on their portrait rather than their first location.

    * Sector and Realm are used interchangeably. The keyword Realm will be used for the remainder of these rules.

    * Maneuver, Relocate and Move Ally/Item are interchangeable for purposes of any cards that want to know if such an action is taken. This is true even if Maneuver is used to disengage or reengage a ship.

    * Manuever/Move/Relocate Ally/Item/Ship and Move Hero functions as per the rules of the realm a card is moving in. Cards in Disney realms move only to adjacent locations. Cards in Marvel or Star Wars realms can be moved to any location in their realm. All relocate actions in all realms can be used to relocate cards you control from another realm, or from an event back to any location in your realm. Ships cannot be in a location that is not deep space.

    * New Fate Rules: Use the fate chip when playing with 4 or more players as per the Disney fate rules. Marvel characters are assigned 3 random heroes and 1 random global event from the neutral fate deck. This will form a personal fate deck of 15 cards. If Ultron is being played, Vision is always given to Ultron in place of one of the normal 3 random heroes from the neutral fate deck. When a Marvel character is fated, draw two fate cards. However, all marvel fate cards can be used to target any player. If a different player is targeted than the one who's fate deck was pulled from, the targeted player receives the fate chip. Marvel players may pull from their own fate deck when fating other players. Players cannot fate themselves with the exception of if they draw their villain specific event, which must be played, or if a card specifically allows a player to fate themselves. Marvel cards like Assimilate Knowledge, that target "the fate deck/discard," can target any fate deck. An event drawn from a Marvel fate deck must be played if it is legal to play it. If two legal to play events are drawn, the player using their fate action chooses. Disney and Star Wars fate decks operate normally. All fate actions can be used to re-engage ships in a Star Wars realm, provided that villain's player does not hold the fate chip.

    * Ambition and Credits can both be used interchangeably with Power. If a card needs to know how many Power chips a Star Wars villain has, gains or spends, use the sum of both Ambition and Credits. If a card instructs a Star Wars villain to gain any Power, their player chooses whether to gain the same amount of either Ambition or Credits. If a Card needs to know how many Ambition chips or Credits a Disney or Marvel villain has, gains or spends, use Power. If a card instructs a Disney or Marvel villain to gain credits or ambition, they gain power instead.

    * The Ambition action in Star Wars sectors (realms) is considered to be both a Play a Card action and an Activate action for purposes of all Disney and Marvel cards. Conditions and other cards that are triggered by a play a card or activate action are triggered based on how the Ambition action is used. If a Disney or Marvel card is placed under the control of a Star Wars character and has an activated ability, the Ambition cost of that ability is equal to the power cost, or where there is no power cost, the cost is zero (0).

    * Thanos infinity gems and any other card that assumes an Activate action will exist now include the additional rules "if this card is placed in a realm with no Activate or Ambition action, this location gains an Activate action while this card is here and is controlled by the realm's owner."

    * Disney and Star Wars Villains with cards that affect heroes played to their realm can also use these cards on allies belonging to other players moved to the hero area of a location.

    * Disney and Star Wars Heroes Required for Victory (including Grogu, Luke Skywalker, any hero mentioned in one of Ventress's mission cards, Peter Pan, King Triton, Genie, Snow White, Kuzco, Mufasa, Basil and Rapunzel) cannot be played or relocated to other realms. They can, however, be removed, defeated or vanquished by other villains, which will not trigger any victory condition requiring a villain to defeat/vanquish a hero.

    * Vanquishing a Ship counts as vanquishing a zero strength hero for purposes of any card that needs to know.

    * Soulmarked Disney Heroes with "must be defeated before defeating other heroes" now have Defender instead. This rule exists to prevent Hela from trolling certain villains with Hand of Glory and locking out all possibility of victory. This does not affect Taunt or any similar item.

    * Ultimate Loser Variant (optional): Continue playing after a player wins. That player no longer participates but all their cards, their pieces and their realm remain in play unless removef through normal gameplay. All cards in play continue to effect the game as normal. The players mover is moved back to their portrait to indicate they have won. Continue playing until every player has achieved victory except one (the ultimate loser). For tournament play where there are more than two people in a given match, play until there are no more advancement slots in the bracket.
